The Erich JAEGER is a limited liability company. Its central location in Hoechberg near Wuerzburg allows to provide jobs for almost 312 employees who develop, produce and sell medical diagnosis equipment. Subsidiaries and sales and service agencies can be found in the USA, in the Netherlands, in Great Britain and in France.
Since its establishment in 1954, the JAEGER company has become an important partner in the field of cardio-respiratory diagnostics world-wide. It has a market share of more than 50% in Europe. The TOENNIES Division which was integrated in 1987, has already developed and produced electrophysiological diagnosis systems since 1936. At present TOENNIES is leading in the field of vestibular diagnostics.
Mijnhardt (now JAEGER B.V.) established in 1961 and purchased in 1991 by JAEGER completes the product range with its expert knowledge in the field of cardio-respiratory stress-testing and spirometry measurements in the closed system.
JAEGER is the perfect partner for its customers by offering solutions for complete, favourably priced systems for the daily routine and for sophisticated applications as well.
In order to meet up-to-date technological requirements, JAEGER produces medical systems in the following fields:

The aim of JAEGER is to increase the quality of life by finding technical solutions which meet the demands on diagnosis and disease management. Since 1954, JAEGER has been concerned to develop and produce economically quality products mainly for the field of non-invasive cardiopulmonary and neurological diagnostics.

Since 2001, JAEGER is part of the Respiratory Group of VIASYS Healthcare Inc..
VIASYS Healthcare consists of several groups; the respiratory technologies group, neuro care group and specialty group are concerned with the development, manufacturing and marketing of sophisticated medical equipment.
The Respiratory Technologies Group of four companies has more than 40 years of experience in research, development and manufacturing of systems in the field of outpatient monitoring, lung function screening and diagnostics incl. mechanical ventilators as well as cardiorespiratory diagnostics and sleep diagnostics.
The Neuro-Care Group of four companies has more than 30 years of experience in research, development and manufacturing of instruments in the fields of electromyography, electroencephalography, sleep diagnostics, neuromonitoring, nystagmography, posturography, neuroophthalmology as well as Doppler sonography.
The Specialty Group produces systems for special medical applications, for example, surgical implant components, critical care tube feeding systems, medical grade polyurethane and surgical barrier control systems.
The fourth group, the Customer Care Group comprises more than 150 trained staff members from the affiliated companies and offers comprehensive customer support including, for example, product advice, service measures and solution of technical problems.
