PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Clinical Education Specialist will support the sales objectives of the Company by effectively supporting "clinical" sales of our products, working with end-users, distributors and other members of the sales force.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Support: Assist the Company's sales personnel and dealers in providing product demonstrations and follow-up from a clinical aspect for prospective and existing customers.
Marketing Support: Work in conjunction with the Marketing Department, promoting the Company's clinical philosophy within the respective communities.
After Sales Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-up and troubleshooting of post-purchase product performance problems.
- Provide reports on competitive information and clinical activities; call reports, travel reports, product complaints, quality issues, marketing intelligence; expense and others, as assigned.
- Manage territory expenses within budget.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Science or Business preferred. Background in clinical education strongly desired.
- Complete understanding of the Company's ventilation product line.
- Complete understanding of competitive products.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of five years experience in acute, pediatric and neonatal ventilation experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of hospital respiratory procedures.
- Proven people skills to teach, lead and foster teamwork within the territory and a demonstrated ability to address large groups.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel including overnight stays.
