Cardinal Health Germany 234 GmbH is seeking to fill the following position at the earliest opportunity:

Customer Care Support Engineer NeuroCare (f/m)
 
    Tasks:   

  • Respond professionally to customer service requests in an accurate and timely manner by fax/email/phone or during onsite visit.
  • Determine appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all customer contacts are fully documented in the call management system and the required databases.
  • Assist product specialists by identifying problem areas within product lines as they occur.
  • Provide data necessary for problem areas to be researched appropriately.
  • Provide/create this documentation in order to inform colleagues, distributors and customers about changes and/or innovations.
  • Proactively communicate to all involved parties through technical bulletins, intranet and training sessions in order to prevent and solve problems.
  • Report all important issues/events to the appropriate Complaint Manager.
  • Collect and report all data increasing a better handling and the safety of VIASYS products.
  • Performance of technical trainings internally and externally for users, operators, technicians, doctors, customers etc.
  • Participation in trainings on a regularly basis.
  • Acquire expert product knowledge in Neurocare application, hardware and software.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide to VIASYS SBUs, business partners and customers.
  • International technical support on national holidays.
  • High dedication to take the responsibility on reported issues and follow up until the issue is solved.
  • Accurate, regular and timely reporting.
  • React sensitively and with empathy to all inquiries, provide timely solutions and concurrently develop awareness to increase profitability and revenue.
    Profile:   

  • Associates degree in electronics or technical school or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of application, operation and repair of PC based medical equipment or related products.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • In possession of a valid driver's license for passenger car (PKW).
  • Experience in the support and service for medical equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Strong persuasion skills with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in areas of given responsibility.
  • Knowledge in the areas of safety, company policies, quality, ERP, CRM.
  • Knowledge in MS Office.
