PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in relation to providing receiving, inventorying, issuing, and control of parts in the warehouse. Recruit, train and appraise warehouse employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans the layout of the warehouse considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
- Establish departmental procedures and standards.
- Reviews transaction records and assures required accuracy level is maintained.
- Advises employees on care and handling of items received, stored and issued.
- Responsible for the security and accountability of goods within jurisdiction, including cycle count activity and disposition.
- Participate in establishing and modifying operational methods and procedures by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures.
- Maintain a variety of records, reports and documentation to reflect the department activities.
- Responsible for the employment, training, employee motivation and discipline of assigned employees.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving work environment.
- Extensive knowledge of material handling processes.
- Previous supervisory or lead position experience preferred.
- Computer Literate.
- Good verbal/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Safety, Quality, Company Policies, GMP, ISO 13485/2003, Product Knowledge.
