Cardinal Health Germany 234 GmbH designs, manufactures and markets high-quality computer-based medical systems for use in critical care, cardio-respiratory and neurological diagnostics, sleep diagnostics, as well as sleep therapy and clinical services. We are looking to fill the below position at the earliest opportunity:
Customer Care Specialist(m/f)

Tasks:
- Provide technical support via mail, telephone and remote desktop for business partners worldwide.
- International on-site support.
- Business Partner Training (internally and/or on-site) on our connectivity products.
- Assist product specialists in the connectivity product line and network troubleshooting.
- Document in detail technical problems as they arise and elaborate solution together with the product management, sales and marketing across the SBU's.
- Assume service responsibility for assigned connectivity solutions across all product lines.
- Pre-configure and setup communication gateway computers and servers.

Profile:
- Technician or Engineer with outstanding network knowledge.
- Familiar with SQL Database configuration and administration.
- Expert in Windows 98,NT,2000,XP and Windows 2003 Server.
- HL7 and/or DICOM experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (Spanish and/or French would be advantageous).
- Highly motivated team player.
- Willing to travel, sometimes on short notice.
