PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Under general supervision, performs functional and operational tests, calibrates and minor troubleshoots the units and/or sub-assemblies. May require work on the new product or returned product (after sale).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs testing, minor troubleshooting, checkout, calibration, adjustment, rework, modification, repair of sub-assemblies, units and/or systems, following written test and diagnostic procedures.
- Sets up and operates a variety of pneumatic equipment including regulators, flow stations, and pressure gauges. Sets up and operates electronic equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, power supplies, and computer controlled equipment.
- Records discrepancies encountered due to deficiencies in the design, manufacture, and test procedures or component reliability. Record data on documentation associated with the specific work performed.
- Reviews own work for completeness to workmanship standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Requires at least 1-2 years experience as a production assembler or equivalent with demonstrated significant strengths in performing the assembly position with high quality.
- Ability to read and interpret simple schematics, production and engineering drawings, and engineering/manufacturing changes or work instructions.
- PC skills.
- Good verbal/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Safety, Quality, Company Policies, GMP, ISO 13485/2003 and Product Knowledge.
