US Respiratory Care Technical Support

  VIASYS Healthcare - Respiratory Care maintains a US field organization for service and support, consisting of more that 90 full time service and support representatives. The average employment tenure of our direct Service Representatives and Technical Support staff is in excess of 10 years.

VIASYS Healthcare - Respiratory Care technical support can be reached by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Respiratory Care support staff includes Technical Support Specialists available during normal working hours (PST), and after hours we have an Emergency Service system monitored by on-call technicians. On-site service is provided Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm local time.

When requesting Service Support of any nature on any Respiratory Care product, please call (800) 231-2466 ext, 8500 or (714) 283-2228 ext.8500. To order parts or supplies for any product, call our Customer Service Department at ext 8600.
